Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Items purchased from an independent retailer must be returned to that retailer in line with their own returns policy.

For items purchased directly from Alchemy of England Inc, returns or issues with damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be reported within 15 days of delivery. Eligible returns must be unused and in original condition.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to choose?

Many Alchemy pieces — particularly rings, ear-wraps and bangles — are designed to be gently adjustable for comfort and fit. Because each piece is hand-crafted, slight variations are natural.

What if I’m between sizes?

If your measurement falls between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the next size up, especially for rings.

What is Alchemy jewelry made of?

Alchemy jewelry is hand-made in England from the finest quality English pewter. Pewter is second only to silver and is widely recognized as a semi-precious metal, valued for its weight, durability and artisanal character. It is this traditional material that allows our artisans to achieve the intricate detailing that defines every Alchemy piece.

All Alchemy pewter is lead-free, cadmium-free and nickel-free, and fully compliant with relevant safety standards.

What are Alchemy earring posts and French hooks made of?

To ensure comfort and security, Alchemy earring posts and French hooks are made from surgical-grade stainless steel, chosen for its strength, durability and suitability for sensitive ears. These findings are paired with our hand-crafted pewter designs.


Shipping

What shipping options do you offer and how long does delivery take?

Alchemy ships worldwide. All USA and Canadian orders are fulfilled from our US distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Central Time will usually ship the next business day. Express orders must be placed before 12pm CT to ship the same day.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from FedEx Express, 2-Day, Overnight, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class, with estimated delivery times shown before you complete your order.

Custom Pieces & Licensed Products

Can Alchemy make a custom piece for me?

For brands, partners or commercial projects, custom or exclusive pieces may be considered where minimum order quantities are met. If you’d like to explore this, please contact us at sales@alchemyofengland.com for more information.

At this time, Alchemy does not offer custom one-off commissions for individual retail customers.

Does Alchemy create licensed products?

Yes. Alchemy has a long history of working on officially licensed collections with globally recognized brands and artists. Licensed products are clearly identified as such and are subject to availability. Keep an eye on our collections and announcements for new releases.

Does Alchemy attend trade shows or retail events?

How are payments processed on your website?
