What is a Contract Order?

A Contract Order is a made-to-order production run of specific products, handmade especially for you and delivered on an agreed future date. You choose the SKUs and quantities, and we manufacture each piece specifically to fulfill your order.

A Contract Order allows you to:

• Secure larger quantities of a product - five or more units per SKU - for an agreed future delivery date.
• Order products that are not currently in stock, provided you order at least five units per SKU and the total Contract Order meets our $300 wholesale minimum.

What products can I order?

Any product from our Alchemy jewelry lines or the Lychgate Charms lines.

Home, giftware, plushies, and clothing are not available as Contract Orders.

How do I place a Contract Order?

Contract Orders can't be placed online yet. To start one:

1. Make a list of the SKUs and quantities you'd like.
2. Email sales@alchemyofengland.com or call 817.236.3141.
3. We'll confirm the details before anything goes into production.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Contract Orders have a $300 USD minimum order value, in line with our regular wholesale minimum order values. You can combine multiple SKUs to reach the minimum order value, as well as order a minimum of 5 items per SKU.

What's the minimum quantity per SKU I can request?

The minimum quantity per SKU is 5 units for a Contract Order.

How does payment work?

Payment is by card, split into two parts:

• 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin production.
• 50% balance due on dispatch, when we ship your order to you.

The price is locked at the time of your order quote, so it won't change between your deposit and dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?

You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel for a full refund. After that, production is bespoke and underway, so the deposit is non-refundable.

Need to change quantities? Every order is different, so contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can, but changes can't be guaranteed once production has started.

How long does production take?

As every piece is individually handmade, production times vary depending on the products ordered, the quantities required, mold-making requirements and the season.

Production typically takes between 4 and 12 weeks from the date we receive your deposit. Once we have your list of SKUs and quantities, we can provide a more accurate estimated completion date. If timing is important, please request an estimate when placing your order.

Who pays for shipping?

You do. Contract Orders ship from our US warehouse in Texas, and shipping is charged on top of the order value as per regular wholesale orders.

Will I pay any tariffs or taxes?

US customers: No. A Contract Order works just like ordering from our online store: the goods ship from our US warehouse, so there are no import tariffs or duties for you to pay.

Canadian customers: Your order also ships from our US warehouse, so Canadian import duties and taxes may apply when it crosses the border, and are covered by you. As a wholesale reseller, any applicable sales tax is handled through your resale exemption as usual.

Can a Contract Order include in-stock items that ship now?

No, we are not offering split delivery orders. Your whole order will be delivered as one shipment.
